For some reason, I haven't heard of about half the games in this thread. I've never heard of Arx Fatalis, though I recognized some of the Ultima Underworld interface in that screenshot.

Yep, Adventures of Bayou Billy! It's one of the driving stages in the middle of the game that some people don't see because the first level is so frustrating. A point for Solis.
