I don't know about the possibility of giving him a heart-attack, but assuming that you can:

You're in Canada right? (can't remember)
I think in the US you can be charged with some degree of murder.
For example, if the guy has a heart-attack right in front of you, and you do absolutely nothing to help him, you can be charged with some sort of crime, due to inaction(Good Samaritan Law[?] I think).

Also, if they can prove that you deliberately attempted to inflame the man in order to give him a heart attack, then you might be in big trouble.

Well(lol), I am considering the situation from the legal standpoint. If they cannot prove that he purposefully caused the man to have a heart attack, then they cannot prosecute him for it. However, they can prosecute him for not doing jack-squat to help the man.

EDIT: However, I think this law is only in the U.S. I don't know if they have a similar law in Canadia.
