Keyboard or mouse

Ok, this is a very simple question that I was pondering while trying to get to sleep:

If you could only utilize one of the two standard methods for controlling your computer, which one would it be?
Would you sacrifice selection speed (mouse) for typing speed(keyboard)?
Or would you sacrifice your writing ability to be able to move around the internet/computer better?

I personally would go with sacrificing the mouse. It would frustrate me to no end if I had to type via that retarded keyboard available in the "Accessibility" folder.
