Yeah, µTorrent is definitely the superior GUI. most times if something is over 1gb and has less than 10 seeds (public trackers, mind you) I won't touch it. Most ISPs but a pretty harsh cap on UL speed. I usually max out on µTorrent at like 50k/s upload. heavily seeded torrents can sometimes get up to 300k/s or more depending on... well a bunch of things. Also make sure that if you're using a router you've got the port that µTorrent uses forwarded.
