It's an awesome nostalgic trip when this happens, and it can be frequent with me, I grew up on VGM, so a lot of tracks bring me back to my teenage days in middle and High School. Some good some bad.

I was hospitalized for a couple of months in January of 2006, and I listened to alot of Dream Theater during that time, so now when I listen to certain songs, it takes me back to that time.

Nostalgia is both a good and bad thing, but it's there all the time.
