Ys Healing is a very good album to sleep with, as well as all the FF Piano Collections, and oddly enough, the Silent Hill soundtracks are very good to lose yourself to, the ambient tracks work wonders. Not so much the noise tracks.
But alot of VGM is good to sleep to, I have a whole winamp playlist dedicated to the cause. Jam it back in, in the dark.
