I'm kinda surprised though that the trailers pretty much gave a lot of the film's gags away.
By the way they were advertising it, you'd have thought it was something that would be on a much more grander scale.
The reason why I liked the South Park movie a lot was because it did stuff that the TV series didn't normally do - uncensored swearing, an all out epic war, Satan, Saddam, Kenny's face, plus it was a musical!
It may have been everyone's cup of tea, but at least it was something that warranted a movie.
With the Simpson's Movie, the animation may have been great, and the plot may have been a little more bigger than usual, but it didn't justify that there should have been a movie made.
There were so many opportunities that were missed.
