I dunno. I don't think there's any one urgent thing to tell anyone after a 20 year coma, so the first thing I'd say would be randomly picked from a top 10. So I'd probably say things that him now knowing would affect what s/he does in the short-term. Like details of the medical condition, stuff about family, etc.
