You'd think that they might get some idea if they compared the relative sizes of Japan (a few square centimeters) and Singapore (a teeny little dot) on their globe, wouldn't you?
Of course, a group of people who fly a couple thousand miles to look for a mysterious karate master probably aren't the best representatives of Singapore's educational system. ^^
