The Asrock board supports ATA133, so it should support drives of any size. I think that all ATA133-capable motherboards can work with large drives.

If it doesn't work, you can always buy an ATA133 controller card, though the cheapest ones are pretty crufty. If you have to go this route, you'll want to pay a bit more for a High Point or Promise card.
