I'm guessing that the game will always store its saves in My Documents.

Therefore, the easiest solution would be to move your My Documents folder to a different drive. Right-click on the My Documents icon, click properties, change the Target folder location to wherever you want to move the folder and saves to, and click Apply, and you should be set. No guarantees, though.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
