In my case, it's not objects, but smells that triggers old memories. And, like Eleo's, those memories usually are trivial.
I can get awfully nostalgic just by recognizing the smell of a certain house or area, or by sensing a similar odor to the one that was somehow linked with that memory. How ya doing, buddy?  |
