Well I found out through an injury that my right shoulder socket is loosely connected to the rest of my body, as a result of that wierd development and a few injuries sustained because of it my right arm simply cannot do the thing it could do anymore, with my injury/condition any strong sudden movements (such as throwing a ball) will cause pain and quite possibly pulling my arm out of its socket. Really quite annoying, in addition the shoulder makes a poping sound when I move it around sometimes.
Other than that I have a really weak back. Each time I wash the dishes I need to take breaks inbetween to let my back rest a bit. And then when I twist my back in a strech it makes popping noises, although I have to admit it also kind of feels good so I do it about twice a day, I just hope it doesn't add to the problem.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
