You can find 41 tracks not on the OST in "Tales of Legendia Drama CD - Voice of Character Quest 2" (AVCA-22966), more info in Japanese about it is available at: namco-ch.net/talesoflegendia/cd/ (copy/past yourself as I'm not allowed to post links)
Looking at the tracklist those tracks seem not to include the battle themes which are all sequenced in-game, not streamed. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

I have a recording of the bit gnerations games which appeared on neogaf. No idea if it spread here as well.
Edit: It is still open for download (direct links in case it's closed for unregistered peeps: 1 2). There's nowhere I can't reach.
