Luckily my parents divorced when I was six. So I was able to get over it pretty quickly. Though I would suggest finding a hobby. Learn a new instrument, take up writing, whatever. Anything simple, anything you're passionate about. Should help. Not completely, but better than nothing.
If you start feeling really bad about it, you might want to check out a councilor too. Assuming it affects you that much. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
