Don't hold your breath for that supposed two minutes of gameplay. And I just highly doubt the Brutes will be playable. If a video does come out, I bet it will be based on the Brutes... but mainly for single player.
How ya doing, buddy? |
I have a feeling, if the shield grenades were just originally intended for teaser eye-candy, after the reception it got they might just try really damn hard to include it now.
Though I doubt there will be a sprint function. Halo has always been a "slower" game (as in walking speed before anyone says "ZOMG NUH-UH!") Double Post: Oh and here's the Brute documentary: http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/8082 Enjoy. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Anywho, dodge seems to be solved with some of the new maps. Instead of wide open fields, you have a ton of rocks to hide behind. And with a possible inclusion of a shield-grenade... well, there you go. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Yeah, I figured as much. But any addition can potentially have quite a substantive impact on the game, even a new grenade type, weapon, or whatever the X button does. Implemented correctly though, it could be an excellent addition which hardcore gamers might grow to appreciate.
I was speaking idiomatically. |
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
FELIPE NO |
Overshield + shield grenade + new terrain not good enough? Also, that's where the strategy would come in. With a pistol you'd be faster than usual but near defenseless, and with a rocket launcher you'd be bogged down but really powerful. idk maybe I expect too much from Halo.
How ya doing, buddy? |
No kidding he can't dodge, that's what his overshield is for. Either way, just a suggestion I found to be personally interesting. If you don't want to be bogged down in the middle of nowhere, toss away the spartan laser and pull out your assault rifle. Or use team work to run to somewhere safe and start blasting away the other team. I mean, really only the sniper rifle and rocket launcher/spartan laser would really weigh you down anyways *shrugs*
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
