I think the fact that you need a fair amount of resources or skill to beat World 8 is a big factor. If you whistle your way to the last levels and can't hop, skip, and jump your way out of a mess, then you're doomed. When you're really stuck in a rut, P-wing can probably get you out of it.
In MOST cases, the Warp Whistle is like giving a bottle of Viagra to a virgin. Just sayin'. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
