Sex is great, yeah, but it is still something to be taken very seriously.

I wouldn't want to cheat on my spouse. Not just because I love her, but also for the fact that you have to be wary of STDs (sometimes I consider babies an STD, too).
Even if you use a rubber, you're still running the risk of contracting or spreading something.

And it's something you usually won't know about in a partner until it's too late. It's not like a box of Trojans comes with a free blood analysis kit.
