It was a fleeting beauty. But yeah, I really don't think any of us had any idea of where the fuck we were supposed to be going, given that many options and so few hopes for escape. That considered, hard to be purpose-driven.

First off, it looks really good. I like it. Let that be understood.

Now, I am running 1280x800, and I still get a bit of a table stretch. I'm not sure where you planning on checking off used powers, so I would suggest maybe instead a row of 3, have each section (at-wills, encounters, etc.) have two columns with a conspicuous checkmark box next to them, so it's easy to tell what's used and what isn't, unless you figure something more creative to fix the tables and such.

Also, a place for temporary HP in the health section, and a way to tell what items are stored inside of other items, ie. indentation.

I'm counting since the DM's last post, not since the post of the most recent player. That's stretching it too far if somebody, say, posts barely within the two day, and then another person we're waiting on has ANOTHER two days to make us drawl about.

Changing characters in the middle of a fight, or even just an adventure, though, sounds kinda silly.

I'm not sure the whole thing makes much sense. Are we just randomly picking people? Might as well. Past the first adventure, everybody is going to know what characters belong to whom. And on top of that, nobody is going to want to keep the character they're building a secret.

In all fairness, it is probably going to come down to letting us decide for each adventure, then big daddy stepping in and saying "LET YOUR BROTHER PLAY THE GAME TOO JESUS CHRIST I NEED A DRINK! YOU FUCKERS ARE GOING TO GIVE ME A HERNIA!"

I am currently too lazy to think of something that works, however.

I am even toying around with DMing a satirical RPG about teenage vampires, but I'm currently having my soul crushed by school and other obligations in which I just don't think I'd be able to devote the necessary time to it.

Anyways, Pang, here's my suggestion, supposing Hawk doesn't want to DM after all, which would itself probably solve all our problems:

Everybody is retired after one adventure. Either one or two current members are chosen randomly (or amongst themselves, if it can work itself out) to move into the next adventure solely for continuity of storyline. I think that 3 or 4 months for one adventure is enough for one time, with the chance of continuing later if lucky. Obviously the recurring members for the next adventure would have to exclude anybody who has previously recurred.

Perhaps you should shapeshift into the Whip and try and command whatever minions you can to flee the scene, even the ones in the water. We'll just assume I said that in game.
