I eat 3 main meals a day, though recently I've been missing breakfast a bit. Doesn't help when you have classes all morning.
I always have lunch and dinner, and maybe a few snacks in between. I try to keep the snacks as healthy as possible, lately I've been eating a lot of dried fruit, which is both sweet and fills me up. Jam it back in, in the dark.
