Wow, that video was extremely disturbing for me. Plus, what was even more infuriating was the ways that these particular cops handled this situation.
I don't know too much about cops in America, but based on the replies that I've read here, they were certainly in the wrong for using the excuse that this particular guy was such a threat to society (by not showing ID and on his way out of the building) that he deserved being shocked multiple times to the point that he was physically unable to walk.
