I bite my nails, and the skin around them too. I really need to get out of the habit as it makes my nails and fingers look disgusting.
I also tend to drum on a surface with my fingers or hand when I'm nervous. Although that's not really a habit that affects my physical appearance too much, it just helps relax me. Jam it back in, in the dark.
