I guess I could say that I'm pretty healthy in terms of fitness, but I still need to work out a lot more than I do. I did start lifting weights just to increase my biceps, but I hardly do that anymore.
I do drink a hell of a lot more juice and water than I did a few months ago, and I don't eat nearly as much junk food, though I still need to lose a few pounds. I may have changed my diet, but the fat is still there, so I guess I'll need to get my arse in gear if I want to actually lose any weight.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
