I had my share of incompetent employees back when I was working for a call center company serving Sprint. Although most of them have fairly easy problems like switching phones to changing numbers, and some ranging to messing up the activation of phones that after a few months the customer calls and complains why they have services they didn't sign up for, resulting to big bills. I guess one reason this happens is they employ people who have low or no educational attainment.
