Yeah, exercise is great. Gives your body a better reason to want to rest. Try and commit yourself to sleeping the same hours every night. The couple of hours before bedtime stay out of bright light, do things thatll relax you. Reading the hour before I went to sleep did wonders for me when I had this problem years ago.

I'm rather fortunate in the fact that exercise or especially caffeine don't do jack shit to me before bedtime. Even if immediately before. I don't think I'm caffeine reactive period, considering I'd take some energy drinks before unloading trucks at UPS and the days I'd skip that I wouldn't even notice a difference.
