Let´s see: 198-200 pounds and 6´1¨. I MIGHT go down to 190, but anything below that and my bone frame will leave me looking ridiculous, I´ve been about 185 before.
Last year I was running track, playing handball, and doing massive calisthenics. Now just swimming and hitting the weight four times a week. I do half my body on Monday, the other half on Tuesday, rest on Wednesdays and repeat Thursday and Friday and rest the weekend. When I can complete the given amount of sets with the given amount of weight for the max reps of that routine (depends if I´m going light or heavy) I increase the weight by 2.5-5 pounds.
It´s hard to eat right in this country. The good stuff is rare and expensive. But I get by. I try to avoid sweets and chips and baked goods as much as possible, and drink nothing but tea and water. And milk in the morning. I quit soda altogether March of 2004.
I´ve been back in the gym only a month now, have kept the same bodyweight, but can notice the difference already (thank God for muscle memory). Even my clothes fit better.
