Go on Fanfiction.net and read the R rated sex fics, most of them are so bad that they are enough to make anyone fall asleep.
Seriously though I will take a sleep aid pill, they really knock me out. Before those I would drink a cup of herbal tea, or a glass of wine. Jam it back in, in the dark.
