eating liquids is one of the best thing to do if you have a flu or something, like soup, jello, popcicle, ice-cream, and nice hot herbal tea to drink! as soon as I get the signs of a cold or flu, I follow this strict diet of this stuff inclding alot of orange juice, and I am better within 28-40 hours!
