Sometimes it can just start with a single punk who thinks he/she has it all and starts up a ruckus for no apperent reason.
About a month ago in my town, a group of 50 kids from the high school chased a fellow class mate. The girl ran until she found a house and ran inside. The crowd yelled to the guy to send her out, but he refused. There was some damage done to his home. He is going to sue the parents of each of the kids for the damage done.... I gotta say, it serves them right, there is no discipline anymore these days.
Why they all decided to chase the girl I have no idea, but it is very true that kids today are not the same as the kids 2 decades ago.
