Motorola Mobile phone tools for PC.
It's the only thing that I found that works for Motorola phones. The program transcodes your mp3 and sends them to your phone via usb or bluetooth (never tried the bluetooth since I don't have it, but usb works.)
So you're probably wondering where is this for free? Well it's hard to come by since the only version floating around is 3.11h and that doesn't work with the razor.
Yes you can download it and upgrade but that destroys the installation since they know your version is not legit. However if you keep (make a back up or move them) detect.inf and modem.pac, reinstall the old version and overwrite the old files with the ones from the backup and it should work and windows should detect your razr as a usb modem and you should be able to use the program properly. If not: go general setup>>communication>>Change Modem>>Select Motorola USB modem>> do not automatically pick a driver, pick one from the list, then browser to where you detect.inf is. now look for your phone and click next and finish.
I did all this to make my Motorola L6 work. It may or may not work for you use at you own risk.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
