Check the event viewer.
Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Event Viewer Check System or Application. Look for Errors. Jam it back in, in the dark.

There nothing in the logs. So windows is not the culprit.
So you have a conflict of resources or a funky power supply. My money is now on the mobo resources. Check your BIOS. There's nowhere I can't reach.
