[Multiplatform] Phantasy Star Universe

Heya guys, been reading through this topic, and since you guys mentioned that it can be downloaded, I figured I'd give it a shot. I just started up a character, not even through all the tutorials yet... Probably going to go Hunter, though I may make a second char to be Force if we can play together and such. I'll see about contacting you guys and whatnot as I actually learn how the heck this all works =x

So far I'm level 7, tried to get into the 1UP thing but level 30 monters is a bit iffy... I'll probably give it another shot, the stuff there gives 250% extra xp or something, right?

Thanks to some help from Ozzie and a few runs with Lukage, I went from 8 to almost 15, Hunter 1-6, and from 1k Meseta to 48k. Was definitely a good night~

Heh, while you were doing that I managed to get up to 16... Man. Everything else feels like a freaking crawl after those 1up missions.

Huh... Apparantly you can go over 20 min. I just soloed it in 22 and still got 10 points. Easiest mission ever~

Also, yeah Winter, I'm aware Power makes me a Resta-sponge. I read up on it before picking, and I'll definitely want Invulnerability or Defense up later... But for now? Beating the boss within 10 seconds or so is hawt.

Yet another question... Why are so many armors dark element? I'm looking at getting some new armor with an element to help me out against fire or ice in B, but almost everything I see is dark.

Yeah, I realize synthing is the only way to make them elemental... Been looking through player shops, and hopefully soon enough I'll find one I can afford. But I just wonder why so many of the armors I see are Dark element.

Heh, best I can afford is a Muktrand, so got myself a Light one, and some Dark Armor. So I'm set for it. Is this one as caster-heavy as Neudaiz was?

Still haven't gotten a 10 map here... But found my first Rappy spawn. Four of 'em total, it was in a map where I got the general guy NPC (Can't remember his name) and fought a whole bunch of Pannon at the end. Chip 1 was behind the door, and 2 through the portal, if that clarifies the map any.

I'm gonna be on all night later tonight (In a bit over 2 hours or so). If any of you are willing to give me a hand with Parum B, and Moatoob C and B (Since it requires at least two people, boo), would help me out a bunch. Was a bit too weak for them since I started that very week, y'know?

But definitely looking forward to going back to Parum now that I'm a good 30-40 levels higher~

So done with C and B, level 54 so I can almost do A... Though I'd just mostly be a leech, probably. Up to 2 mil Meseta to boot, gonna blow that on clothes/parts next week when they're half off to make my armor PM, got myself a Rabol Rappy board to play with~

And so far my luck's been so-so since I'm stuck in Bs... Almost level 60, at which point I'll immediately do story missions to get PA Fragments for Majarra. But so far I think the rarest drop I've gotten is a Carriguine Blade, which from what I've heard is worth quite a bit? Besides that, just a bunch of 7-8 star boards which I'll probably abuse come AoI, and two Me/Quicks.

I just hope I'll be able to do at least some A runs before the events over =x

Met my goal of trying A runs... Have Majarra 17 or so now, man, that really changes everything. Best rare I got besides the previously mentioned was a 2-Headed Ragnus Board... Saw two or three Sweet Deaths drop but didn't get them =x

But hey. I went from level 1 to 62 in two or three weeks thanks to 1up. Not complaining~

I was an FFXI player too, and I really do like the style of it. It isn't bright or colorful but I like the, I dunno, semi-realism? Plus, Mithras.

And yeah, I agree with you Ashton. People always complain about lousy economies... But all you have to do is find one good rare and you have more than enough money to last you for weeks. I'm -still- living off money I made from selling one Carriguine Blade; 3 pure PMs, a brand new arsenal, and all sorts of synthing goodies later... And I've only gone through about half.

Also, 3 luck for Beast male tonight. Go go Freeze / Resist~
