If that fails, then there's the Doctor's Own mix of chemicals, namely Drano, which is a strong base, and another drain cleaner which happens to be highly concentrated sulfuric acid. Usually melts the pipe with it.

I would avoid doing this with Drano Crystal Clog Remover. You'll end up with a redox reaction between the sodium hydroxide and aluminum chips in the Drano. The result is hydrogen gas.

Bad for cleaning drains. Good for blowing shit up.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
