Back in the system 7.x days, Fetch was the de-facto free ftp client for the Mac. Not anymore.
I use Transmit or ncftp at the command-line. Transmit is shareware, ncftp is free. Cyberduck is free, and supports sftp. Fugu is a good free sftp only client. RBrowser Lite is another free ftp only client. Jam it back in, in the dark.
