Who even specifies those things in the body tag any more?
You can use CSS and set up the two different styles, then reference which style you want to use. There might be something more efficient than having to do class="whateveryounameit" in every a tag, but that's the best I can come up with off the top of my head. Jam it back in, in the dark.
