I'm 5'9'', 135 lb. which makes me underweight I guess (every one tells me I need to eat more). I don't have any exercise equipment, don't play any sports, and I'm way too cheap to get a gym membership, but I do try to workout at least 6 times a week, although I can't really think of a particular reason I do so other then a vague fear of becoming overweight (although I don't really I think I have to worry too much about that
).My little "routine" that I put together consists 100% of just bodyweight exercises. What I do is after I come home from work or school, every hour I do: - 5 handstand push-ups (feet against a wall, as I can't actually do a handstand) - 5 "pistols" (one-legged bodywieght squats) - 5 one-armed push-ups per arm - 5 pull-ups (I go outside and find a tree for the pull-ups). In addition to that, I do 30 calf raises and 15 V-ups, knee-hugs, russian twists, and knee to wrist curl-ups 6 days a week as well. I also try to run about two miles and stretch three times a week. I don't really adhere to any diet, and pretty much eat whatever is at hand whenever I'm hungry, although I make a mild effort to avoid fast foods and sodas. The great thing about bodyweight exercises is that the lighter you are the easier they are, so these are great for a lazy bum like me . However, I will admit that lifting weights is the best way to get big and strong, but I'm not really interested in that.Jam it back in, in the dark.
