C68 stands for Comic Market 68. Comic Market is a bi-annual dojin convention held in Japan, during which most of the dojin circles release some new works. You'll also get some H game officials released there (since there's some crossover.)

C72 is coming up soon; I think it's around the beginning of August. It looks like they've been doing this for many years, but the earliest one that I've seen any music for was either C59 or C61.

Well, there's a lot of variety in dojin music. You'll find stuff that's not even peripherially related to games, while you'll also find arrange albums from popular series like Squaresoft games, or RO or anything really. A lot of good dojin albums you've seen around here were probably released at one of the comic markets.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
