lol just grind it out guys... JP servers didn't have new content until 1 month later but their update took longer to come because they had a lot of server issues. We don't have the issues but atleast we didn't have to bear the same shitty servers as the JP players did.

Anyways it may be possible content update is this week. Clumsy said soon so here's hoping.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Phantasy Star Universe's DLC Detailed
1UP and Sega partner to bring details on PSU's upcoming content.
by James Mielke, 11/15/2006

With the release of Phantasy Star Universe for PS2, PC and Xbox 360 this past month, Sega's revived the sleepy Phantasy Star online community with the latest iteration of its online role-playing game. Since a lot of players have already hit the level cap or are at least getting very close to it, eyes are now turning to the monthly content updates Sega and Sonic Team promised gamers since online play was first announced.
In the first of what will surely be dozens and dozens of updates, 1UP has teamed up with Sega to be your official source for Phantasy Star Universe news, at least one to two days before the information even shows up on Sega's own website. PSU players who want not only the freshest news about their favorite online game, but also that competitive edge, will want to keep their eyes on 1UP.com for the latest info and happenings about Sonic Team's latest online effort.

So what's in store for the first major content addition since PSU went live? Plenty! Here are the official details, direct from Sega.

Moatoob: Access Granted!
Due to increased guerilla fighting between rogue groups on Moatoob, GUARDIAN forces have had limited access to the planet. With the escalating SEED crisis currently affecting more and more of the Moatoob wildlife, rogue groups have reached a cease fire and are now requesting aid. Flyer routes to Moatoob have been re-secured for GUARDIAN missions and will be available on November 17.

New Guardian Missions Since the SEED attacks, the native life of all three planets has grown increasingly aggressive and Moatoob is not the only planet in need of GUARDIAN assistance. Parum and Neudaiz are also requesting additional support in a variety of new missions. All GUARDIANS are expected to launch an offensive on the incoming enemy hordes as soon as possible.

System Defense There's been an outbreak of vicious creatures near the confinement system in West Kugu Desert. The Alliance Military is requesting help.

Mine Defense
An outbreak of violent creatures near the entrance of a prominent mine has put miners at risk. Exterminate the creatures and defend the mine!

Valley of Carnage
Recently, the vicious Vanda have been forming packs and causing great damage around the Galenigare Canyon. Defeat the Vanda leader!

Desert Terror
In the West Kugu Desert, the vicious Dimmagolus has become even more ferocious due to the SEED and is terrorizing a nearby energy plant.

Parum and Neudaiz
Not to be left out with the addition of Moatoob, both Parum and Neudaiz have new missions for GUARDIANS. On Parum, new reports have come in of a very large Koltova spotted beyond the Lakeshore area. All GUARDIAN parties should exercise extreme caution if this beast is encountered.

On Neudaiz, an area of Sacred Ground is in jeopardy! All GUARDIANS are requested to assist in clearing a dangerous RELIC site. This dangerous mission will take a strong party with excellent teamwork. We advise that only the strongest of GUARDIANS attempt this challenge.

....so there you have it. The full details about what to expect in terms of missions and new areas. With the areas come new drops and items and materials which can be used with your partner machinery to craft new weapons and medicines. Stay tuned for more details in the upcoming months as we ramp up our PSU coverage. For more details check out Sega's Phantasy Star Universe website, but keep checking back on 1UP for the newest information, and for other PSU-related stories we have planned.
Moatoob opens up this thursday
And a few quests to be available for Neudaiz and Parum as well.

How ya doing, buddy?

Moatoob is a fucking monster. The monsters there have huge ass HPs.

I can barely do anything in Moatoob Daravon >_> especially when im Ranger. I need to switch up to force for my Newman I guess... I hit lv 5 ranger which is sufficient enough for Figunner when the next update rolls around.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Casts are a nice class to start out as. Just watch out for techs as those can hurt you well :P

Either way this game isn't all about choosing Fonewearl or RAcast or anything, but its the customization that your character can be anything without having to make another character to do that profession. Of course your character can't be strong in anything but skill is a bigger factor in PSU.

Sad to say it doesn't have the 5 year staying power PSO had.
Its most likely the content. Ever since Moatoob update came out, I barely touch De Ragan anymore. And Im sure things will continue to change.

Its rumoured that new weapons, expert classes and Episode II ch1 is to be released this coming thursday which definitely would keep you busy.

And I hope that christmas themes come on time. If sega continues the 2 week trend then things should look fairly good.

Yeah thats the sad thing... people still do de ragan frequently.you need to find those groups ofpeople that like to do universal runs (meaning play through every single available mission once)

Apparently Tornado Dance isn't released yet on JPN servers so I doubt it will be available for NA version when the patch comes.

Tornado dance is great but god... if everyone is spamming that shit it gets annoying.

Definitely it was good but in online mode I think it may be counterproductive.

In offline mode it actually killed things. However in online mode because the monsters are significantly stronger, instead of monsters being killed, monsters most likely will get knocked away thus pissing off your teammates.

Not to mention sometimes the monsters get knocked away straight away from 1 hit which then your tornado dance can`t nail the rest of the hits in.

I look forward to the Double Saber PA but I really want Lou's Double Saber PA. That PA is sexy on many levels.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Double Saber will get a PA on dec8 but it wont be tornado dance. It will be spiral dance which is the PA Lou uses. Double Saber is actually a very tricky weapon to use.

One of the things that people criticize Double Saber about is its crappy attack animation which I agree. Double Sabers are slower than their PSO counterparts. They can easily leave you open wide to an attack in a midst of an attack combo.
