Maybe its silly, but when my sleep cycle goes out of whack for too long (during winter break I was up until 3am and usually slept until 1 or 2), I skip a night. I literally just don't sleep. I pull an all nighter, and the next night I'm so tired that it fixes everything. This may not work for some people though, and probably isnt good for you. I've only done it a couple times myself.

Agreed.
Same thing I do, though it doesn't always work. Sometimes after a couple days my sleeping pattern goes back into whack mode. It's good for a short term fix, but for long term I'd say working out and getting up early.
