I find it funny how you posted the exact same info, and in greater detail, 5 posts above your own, over 1 month ago.
I just go for a bowl of cereal with milk, and some fruit juice (being on a college budget, that juice ends up being Koolaid  )If I have the time, I will fry some eggs with either sausage or bacon. (Never both at the same time. A grease overload in the morning leads to leaky pipes in the afternoon.) Jam it back in, in the dark.
