You could try checking out Vocaloid. While its not a voice-changer, I hear it has well done text-to-audio capabilities.
I guess there is also Celemony's Melodyne. But those are more music oriented solutions. There is another program that I came across called MorphVox. You could check that out too. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
