Kumiko Thats what came to mind immediately after I saw that drawing. Of course, if she were Japanese royalty, you might as well just take the real family name of the current royals. EDIT: BTW, the family name comes first in Japanese, and then the surname. I do not believe they use middle names either; or if they do, its not very common. Jam it back in, in the dark.
