Dude, just go for a swim daily. When your leg muscle in general develope further, you'll naturally be able to support more body weight and therefore, your bones will grow/height will increase, even by a little. Exercise regularly will do you good anyhow. (The technical issues might not be THAT accurate, but swimming/exercise/any other sports really helps)
You don't need to follow some dumb plan offered or join something for this.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
