chicken + mint extract sauce + oven = baked mint chicken = WTF was I thinking
can't remember what else i'd put on it but needless to say...worst thing ever. best thing ever? brown rice cooked in chicken broth. then add about 4 slices of american cheese and a tbsp of butter. melt that. add salt and pepper to taste. that's good stuff. Jam it back in, in the dark.
