Toriyama never said Final Fantasy XIII wasn't PS3 exclusive.
What he did illustrate was that the whole Fabula Nova Crystallis would consist of 6 titles with FFXIII & Versus on PS3, the mobile game and then 3 other titles which may not be on the PS3 or mobile but other formats/consoles. Jam it back in, in the dark.
