That's how I got both Shining Force Neo and Shining Tears music collection too, I had to request it as a special order. It was "overpriced" (25$ instead of 18$ WOW), but it was worth every penny.
EDIT: I asked her for Shining Force EXA and she said it wasn't exclusive to segadirect, though she's gonna carry it as a regular album soon. Hmm.... This thing is sticky, and I don't like it.
