I used to be pretty hardout at MBR Final Tuned for about 6 months but I stopped since there's just no competition whatsoever around here. I know a few people that play it but that's not really enough and it gets boring after a while. If I'm living in Japan it would be a different story though (although I will get owned in the arcade).
People say the combos are easy to pull off. I agree to some extend. But to execute the flashier combos you will need as much skills as pulling off RC/FRC combos in GGXX. Also I know a lot of the famous GGXX players like yukinose and kaqn are into MB. It's easy to see why since both games are similar in many ways. The popularity of Typemoon and Tsukihime is also a bonus. I wish there's a similar kind of good 2D fighter for Fate too... Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
