Cerberus (The three headed GF) from FF8... He was the best challenge i've ever faced in an RPG . (Not sure if i remember his name right, tho ^^ )
Edit : Also, 3 more i thought of;
Rocket-Demon Baphomet (thats what i call him !) the final boss in Doom.. OMG.. everytime he popped into my face i literally felt my skull quiver and my whole body tingling, i was young, but he was that scary, and that awesome.
The 2 stage hydra in God Of War.. Man that boss was so big, fierce and almost had me shaking in my seat..Only i remembered i was 21, so i didn't.
The crab/scorpion/lava-demon thing in Devil May Cry, that thing REALLY looked like a hell-spawn.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
