Silly question.
Did you convert the videos in iTunes to the format used on the iPod? Say you are using iTunes 7. If you go to the movies list under library, and then you click on the video and then go to the advanced menu on the toolbar, you should see an option that says "convert selection to ipod". The video will have to be re-encoded to match the standard used on the iPod. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
