I got into a car accident a few years ago and I could barely move my neck. I had to go to a chiropractor, so I went to one that has been doing this for a long time. After a few sessions, I could move my neck easier and the pain was gone. It's nice to go in for an adjustment, and, as long as the person knows what he is doing, nothing bad should happen.
